Pricing

I offer several pricing options to fit your needs ...

Standard hourly rate:

$35.00 per hour*

Monthly retainer rate (10 prepaid hours):

$325.00**

Monthly retainer rate (20 prepaid hours):

$600.00**

Rush work is billed at the above rates + 20% (this is negotiable and can depend upon the project)

All expenses, such as mailing, printing, and any supplies purchased specifically for your projects, are invoiced at my cost, otherwise there is no charge for basic everyday supplies such as my ink and paper, etc. (these are factored into my fee).  A maximum expense amount will be approved by the client prior to the initiation of any work and all expenses will be documented and added to the final invoice.

Additional hours above those retained will be invoiced at the same discounted rate.  Should those hours not be met one month, they will be carried over to the following month only and are not refunded.

*A 50% deposit is required on all work done for new clients at the standard hourly rate (this can be estimated), and the balance will be due upon receipt of the final invoice.

**All web services are billed at $35.00 per hour (no pre-paid discounts) + registration and hosting (if needed) at cost.  (These fees can be very minimal, depending on the size package you need.)

Payment Options

I accept credit cards, PayPal, company checks, cash, or money orders.

(There is a $30 fee on all returned checks.)
