What, exactly, is a Virtual Assistant (VA)?

There are so many definitions that can be found on the web these days, but essentially what I do is work with you via email, fax, or telephone--whatever works best for you.  (If you are local and what works best for you is to have someone in your office, I can do that too.)

Though Virtual Assistance is a fairly new profession in name, by definition that is what I have been doing for many years now.

As an independent contractor, I have formed several long-term working relationships over the years, getting to know my clients well, exactly what it is they need, and how they want things done.
